The "Mermaid" complex is composed of 40 condos - including a commercial unit housing a convenience store. Security features include locked doors on all entrances which require a security code to enter or a key. 

Vacation rentals are not allowed here, but long term ( 6 months or more) are permitted.  A community laundry on site, "carport parking", and convenient location make this location very desirable."
